Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Customer service experience is beneficial
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Handle all food, storage and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation for the back of the house including removing garbage and cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
- Keep dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
- Replenish dishes, blenders and equipment
- Assist Tonic Bar clerks and prepare juice, smoothie, tonic and coffee bar drinks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs in a timely and effective manner
- Communicate with Tonic Bar Manager on supplies and equipment needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
