Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or janitorial roles preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals
- Willingness to support kitchen and service teams
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines when assisting with food prep

Job Duties
- Operate the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and floors
- Remove trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner
- Complete deep cleaning tasks and other special projects as assigned by leadership
- Assist with basic food prep when needed, following food safety guidelines
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored properly according to safety standards
