Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong communication and teamwork skills
physical ability to lift and carry heavy kitchenware

Job Duties

Ensure proper sanitary cycles and machine upkeep to maintain cleanliness standards
keep a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to support the team
occasionally assist with portioning food items and supporting general restaurant cleanliness and upkeep
follow all sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation across departments
maintain organization and keep all work areas clean and orderly
