- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is an asset but not required

Job Duties
- Handle all food storage and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation for back of house areas including garbage removal, floor cleaning, and organization of coolers and freezers
- Keep dish pit, line, and prep areas organized and clean
- Replenish dishes in front and back of house as needed
- Communicate clearly with Culinary Manager regarding supplies and equipment needs
- Support overall cafe operations in collaboration with the culinary team
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
