Job Duties
- Work closely with the culinary team and support cafe operations
- Handle all food, storage and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation including removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
- Keep dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
- Replenish dishes in the front and back of house
- Communicate with Culinary Manager on supplies and equipment needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
