Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- ability to lift 30lbs regularly
- must be 18 years of age or older
- flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Food Handler Certification required

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Basic Food Safety Certification

- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- experience in a similar kitchen or food service environment preferred
Job Duties
- Work closely with the culinary team to support café operations
- handle all food storage and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain sanitation in the back of the house including removing garbage and cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
- keep dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
- replenish dishes in the front and back of house
- communicate clearly with the Culinary Manager regarding supplies and equipment needs
