Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks
  • able to work in a kitchen environment with tolerance for high or low temperatures and hazardous substances
  • able to read, write, speak and understand basic English
  • able to handle money and use a basic cash register system
  • able to work weekends, nights and holidays per business needs

Job Duties

  • Ensure each guest enjoys a memorable Fields Good Chicken experience
  • present a professional and polished image representing the brand
  • maintain strict adherence to safe food handling procedures
  • promptly report safety, sanitation, and guest concerns to the Manager on Duty
  • stay updated and knowledgeable on product and procedural changes
  • participate in restaurant opening and closing responsibilities
  • provide assistance to other team members as needed
