Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks
able to work in a kitchen environment with tolerance for high or low temperatures and hazardous substances
able to read, write, speak and understand basic English
able to handle money and use a basic cash register system
able to work weekends, nights and holidays per business needs

Job Duties

Ensure each guest enjoys a memorable Fields Good Chicken experience
present a professional and polished image representing the brand
maintain strict adherence to safe food handling procedures
promptly report safety, sanitation, and guest concerns to the Manager on Duty
stay updated and knowledgeable on product and procedural changes
participate in restaurant opening and closing responsibilities
provide assistance to other team members as needed
