Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends based on business needs
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or sanitation role preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Work closely with the culinary team and support overall café operations
- Handle all food, storage and cleaning activities complying with health and safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation for back of house including removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
- Keep dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
- Replenish dishes in front and back of house
- Communicate clearly with Culinary Manager on supplies and equipment needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
