Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior experience in food service or sanitation preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings
- must obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Card
- physical capability to lift heavy items

- compliance with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends with availability for morning, noon, and evening shifts on an on-call/event-based schedule
- must provide regular and consistent written availability to management
- high school diploma, GED, or related food service experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- must obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Card through ServeSafe and other compliance trainings
- ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- strong communication skills to interact professionally with employees, management, and guests
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects such as boxes and equipment
Job Duties
- Operate dish machine equipment and wash items not dishwasher safe by hand
- ensure highest sanitation levels for all items used
- clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils and dishes
- maintain clean and orderly storage areas for kitchen equipment and supplies
- place clean dishes, utensils or equipment in proper storage
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, garbage disposals and ovens
- assist on plate-up and food production line as needed
- sort and remove trash or compost and clean after usage
- sweep and scrub floors in kitchen and back of house areas
- clean up spills and breakage on event and kitchen floors
- ensure compliance with health, sanitation, safety and employment regulations
- perform other duties as assigned by Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
