Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy kitchen items
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchenware promptly and thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area and kitchen
- assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- operate industrial dishwashing equipment efficiently
- restock clean dishes and utensils to designated kitchen and dining areas
- support kitchen staff and collaborate with other team members
- follow health and safety guidelines strictly
