Job Requirements
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- High school degree or GED preferable
- Food handlers certification
- Stable work history
- Ability to communicate clearly

Job Duties
- Plan and assign stewarding team tasks to ensure seamless work completion
- Coordinate with Executive Steward, Engineering, and Purchasing for recycling, supplies, and chemical use
- Ensure proper training on chemical handling, safety procedures, and equipment use
- Monitor sanitation standards including food handling, temperature control, and cleaning schedules
- Supervise cleaning of dishware, kitchen areas, floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment
- Lead plating operations and timely delivery of food for events
- Enforce safety protocols and waste reduction practices
