Job Duties
- Sweep and mop floors
- wash worktables and refrigerator walls with designated chemicals
- maintain floor and work surfaces free of trash and water to prevent accidents
- scrape food from dishes and wash them by hand or dishwasher
- sort silverware before cleaning
- load and unload dishwasher properly
- sort and store all clean china, glass, silverware, coffee pots, pitchers, platters using proper procedures
- assist with unloading products from supply trucks
- perform other duties as assigned
