Job Requirements
- Lift at least 50 pounds
- Tolerate heat, humidity throughout the shift
- Tolerate constant exposure to water
- Stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work primarily evening and weekend shifts
- Willingness to work holiday banquet events
- Must pass pre-employment background check

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in kitchen stewarding or dishwashing preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Ability to tolerate heat, humidity, and exposure to water
- Good organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of dishes, pots, flatware, trays, floors, equipment, etc.
- Maintain organization in all areas
- Return all utensils, supplies, and equipment to the correct areas before the end of the shift
- Keep storage racks full and separate miscellaneous supplies
- Manage sanitation of kitchen, receiving, service areas, recycle/mop room, break room, and food storage rooms
- Operate conveyor belt dish machine for efficient dishwashing
- Support banquet and restaurant operations by ensuring cleanliness and safety
