Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or kitchen steward in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely

- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Job Duties
- Load, run, and unload the dishwasher with utensils, glassware, cookware, plates, and trays in a fast and efficient manner
- Ensure all dishes are clean and sanitized before they are put away or used
- Maintain the dishwasher area to keep it clean, organized, and operating at peak performance
- Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room hallways
- Remove trash at the end of each shift to maintain safety and sanitation
- Sanitize work areas and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
- Follow all safety procedures
- Assist with deliveries and basic food preparation tasks
- Remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor, and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficient workflow and communicate effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned
