Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment and by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, kitchen, and storage spaces
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes before placing them in the dishwasher
- Ensure that all dishes are clean and sanitized for service or storage
- Assist in food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed during slow periods
- Take out the trash regularly and maintain a clean work environment
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the kitchen manager promptly
