Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are cleaned and sanitized properly
- maintain cleanliness and dryness of the dish area to prevent slips and accidents
- assist kitchen staff with cleaning duties as needed
- organize and store clean dishes in proper locations
- dispose of waste and recyclables according to restaurant guidelines
- monitor dishwasher equipment and report any malfunctions
- adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
