Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous dishwashing or kitchen cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical capability to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
  • commitment to safety and sanitation protocols
  • ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a similar dishwashing or cleaning role advantageous
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are cleaned and sanitized properly
  • keep dishwashing area spotless and dry to prevent slips and accidents
  • manage washing of dishware in an efficient and timely manner
  • support kitchen and service staff by maintaining cleanliness standards
  • follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines
  • organize and store clean dishes and equipment appropriately
  • report maintenance issues or supply needs to management
