Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are clean, spotless and sanitary
- Maintain cleanliness and dryness of the dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- Handle dishwashing equipment safely and effectively
- Support kitchen staff by timely cleaning of dishware and cookware
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Assist in maintaining stock of cleaning supplies
- Report any issues with dishwashing equipment or cleanliness to management
