Job Duties
- ensure all dishes and kitchenware are clean and sanitized
- maintain cleanliness and dryness of the dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- handle dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- support kitchen staff by timely availability of clean dishes
- follow all health and safety protocols
- clean and organize dishwashing station at the end of shifts
- report any equipment malfunctions or hazards
