Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in dishwashing or a similar kitchen role preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

ensure all dishes and kitchenware are clean and sanitary
maintain cleanliness and dryness of the dish area to prevent slips and accidents
comply with safety and sanitation standards
assist kitchen staff as needed
dispose of waste properly
organize and store clean dishes and utensils
monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment
