- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior dishwashing or kitchen cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- knowledge of proper sanitation and safety protocols
- good communication skills
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwasher or by hand
- ensure dish area is dry and free from hazards to prevent slips and breakage
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils and equipment
- sort and store clean dishes in proper locations
- assist kitchen staff as needed with additional cleaning tasks
- follow health and safety regulations and standards
- support team members to create a safe and efficient kitchen environment
