Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior dishwashing or kitchen cleaning experience preferred
ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
ability to perform physically demanding tasks
knowledge of proper sanitation and safety protocols
good communication skills
commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties

wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwasher or by hand
ensure dish area is dry and free from hazards to prevent slips and breakage
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils and equipment
sort and store clean dishes in proper locations
assist kitchen staff as needed with additional cleaning tasks
follow health and safety regulations and standards
support team members to create a safe and efficient kitchen environment
