Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical capability to lift and move heavy objects
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
- ability to adhere to safety guidelines

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes and kitchenware are clean, spotless and sanitary
- maintain cleanliness and dryness of the dish area to prevent slips and accidents
- properly sort and organize dishware to facilitate kitchen operations
- handle dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
- support team members to maintain a smooth workflow
