Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Willingness to work in a wet and hot environment
Basic knowledge of sanitation standards
Ability to follow instructions accurately
No prior criminal record related to workplace safety

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized
Maintain a dry dish area to prevent slips and accidents
Handle dishwashing machine operation and manual washing when necessary
Remove trash and sweep floors as required
Assist with cleaning kitchen areas and equipment
Support team members by maintaining an organized and clean work environment
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
