Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitary
- Maintain a dry and safe dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment efficiently
- Assist with sorting and storing clean dishes and utensils properly
- Support kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness in all related work areas
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols diligently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain operational flow
