Job Duties
- Ensure dishes, utensils, and glassware are clean and sanitary
- Maintain a dry and safe dishwashing area to prevent slips and breakages
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and follow safety protocols
- Support kitchen and wait staff by timely cleaning of kitchenware and tableware
- Dispose of trash and clean kitchen and dish areas regularly
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and food safety standards
- Assist with inventory and restocking of cleaning supplies
