Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized
- Keep the dish area organized and dry to prevent slips and accidents
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in work areas
- Assist kitchen staff as needed with basic food preparation or restocking
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
