Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
Willingness to adhere to cleanliness and safety protocols

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are clean and sanitary

Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning duties
Follow proper waste disposal procedures
