Job Duties
- Ensure all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitary
- Maintain cleanliness and dryness in the dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- Handle cleaning tasks in compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Support kitchen operations by timely washing and organizing dishes
- Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning supplies
- Assist in keeping the kitchen environment tidy and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members to uphold restaurant standards
