Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain a clean and dry dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- Handle dishwashing machinery and cleaning agents safely and effectively
- Assist kitchen staff by promptly providing clean items
- Follow health and safety standards to support a sanitary restaurant environment
- Dispose of trash and keep the dish area organized
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards in the dishwashing area
