Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and dryness of the dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- Properly handle and organize dishware to avoid breakage
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishware in a timely manner
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Monitor dishwashing equipment for proper functioning
- Assist with general kitchen cleanliness as needed
