Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy items
  • knowledge of proper sanitation and safety standards
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to maintaining health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of dishwashing practices and safety protocols
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitary
  • maintain a dry and safe dish area to prevent slips and accidents
  • follow all hygiene and safety procedures while handling cleaning tasks
  • assist kitchen staff as needed with cleaning responsibilities
  • manage dishwasher machine operation and maintenance
  • monitor dish area for cleanliness and safety continuously
  • comply with restaurant’s safety standards and protocols
