- prior experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy items

Job Duties

- assist kitchen staff as needed with cleaning responsibilities
- manage dishwasher machine operation and maintenance
- monitor dish area for cleanliness and safety continuously
- comply with restaurant’s safety standards and protocols
