Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Prevent slip hazards by keeping the dish area dry
- Dispose of waste properly and adhere to sanitation protocols
- Assist kitchen team by supplying clean dishes and utensils as needed
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents in the dish area
- Support team members by maintaining a clean and safe working environment
