Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure it is dry to prevent slips
- assist kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and tools promptly
- follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly
- dispose of trash and kitchen waste properly
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
- support overall kitchen team operations as needed
