Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Make sure the dish area is dry and safe to prevent slips and breakages
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean tools needed for food preparation
- Adhere to health and safety standards in all dishwashing and cleaning processes
- Assist with general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management
