Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and adjacent kitchen spaces
- ensure the dish area is dry to prevent slips and accidents
- organize and store clean items properly
- report any equipment malfunctions or shortages to management
- follow all safety and health regulations
- assist kitchen staff as needed
