Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitary
- maintain a dry and safe dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- assist kitchen staff by promptly cleaning and organizing dishware
- follow all hygiene and safety protocols rigorously
- monitor dishwashing machines and report any malfunctions
- support team members by carrying out additional cleaning tasks as needed
- maintain proper waste disposal and recycling procedures
