Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized
- Maintain a dry and safe dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient dishwashing and timely supply of clean utensils
- Dispose of waste and keep the dish area organized
- Follow all health and safety standards and regulations
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
- Support team members with additional cleaning tasks as needed
