Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are clean and sanitary
- Maintain a dry and safe dishwashing work area to prevent slips and breakage
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely
- Sort and organize dishes and kitchen tools for proper washing
- Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning duties as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines strictly
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
