Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to handle repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are clean and sanitary
- maintain a dry and safe dish area to prevent slips and breakages
- follow health and safety regulations and restaurant cleanliness standards
- assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
- properly operate dishwashing machines and related equipment
- dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately
- maintain organized and stocked dishwashing supplies
