Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment are clean, spotless and sanitary
- maintain a dry dish area to prevent slips and accidents

- manage dishwashing equipment and supplies
- keep the dishwashing area organized and tidy
- report any maintenance issues to management
