Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are clean, spotless, and sanitary
- Maintain a dry and safe dish area to prevent accidents
- Collect and properly sort dirty dishes and kitchenware
- Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely
- Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization as needed
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling guidelines
- Report any maintenance or safety issues in the dish area promptly
