Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain a clean, dry dish area to prevent slips and breakage
- Follow health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment
- Assist kitchen staff by managing dishware efficiently during busy service periods
- Handle dishwashing equipment properly and report any malfunctions
- Dispose of waste and recycling according to company policies
- Support the team by maintaining a positive attitude and work ethic
