Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitary
- Maintain a dry and safe dishwashing area to prevent slips and breakages
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and according to safety guidelines
- Organize and store clean dishes properly in designated areas
- Assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the dish area
- Communicate any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management
