Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean, spotless and sanitary
- Maintain dish area cleanliness by keeping it dry to prevent slips and accidents
- Handle washing and drying of kitchenware efficiently
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist kitchen staff as needed to support smooth kitchen operations
- Dispose of waste and maintain a clean working environment
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
