Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food service or sanitation highly desirable
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes and utensils are clean and sanitized
Maintain cleanliness and dryness of dish area to prevent slips and accidents
Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Dispose of waste properly and maintain kitchen sanitation standards
Assist kitchen staff with organization and preparation as needed
Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
