Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain a spotless and organized dishwashing area
- Monitor and keep the dish area dry to prevent slips and accidents
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assist kitchen staff as needed with cleaning and supply restocking
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support team members to create a welcoming environment for guests
