- Previous dishwashing or sanitation experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Monitor dishwashing chemicals and supplies inventory
- Keep the dish area dry and safe to prevent slips and accidents
- Assist kitchen staff when necessary with cleaning and food preparation tasks
- Dispose of waste and recyclables following sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols in the kitchen environment
