Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are washed, sanitized, and spotless
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
- Keep floors and workstations dry to prevent slips and accidents
- Support kitchen staff by promptly handling dishwashing needs
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain sanitary conditions
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues in the dish area
