Job Duties
- Ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintaining a dry and safe dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- Safely handling dishwashing equipment and chemicals following safety protocols
- Assisting the kitchen team by promptly providing clean items as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen and dish area
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues immediately
- Supporting team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction
