Job Duties
- ensure all dishes are clean, spotless and sanitary
- maintain a dry dish area to prevent slips and breakages
- assist kitchen staff by providing clean utensils and equipment
- follow safety and health regulations
- manage dishwashing machine operation and maintenance
- keep the dishwashing area organized and clean
- support team members with related tasks as needed
